I visited the Dolomites for the first time at the end of September 2025 and was totally blown away by the beauty of these mountains. I had seen many photos beforehand, but nothing prepares you for the scale and jaggedness of these peaks. We were fortunate to have some early-season cold temperatures paired with a fresh dusting of snow, which added even more magic to the landscape. One of my goals with this edit was to contrast the rugged snowcapped peaks with the lush greenery below. I hope you enjoy!

This summer, I had the chance to spend two incredible weeks exploring the beautiful island nation of Malta. Econic Agency invited me to help shoot a tourism campaign for Visit Malta, and I was blown away by the rich history, stunning landscapes, and of course, the delicious food.

The experience was made even better thanks to an amazing crew: Coby Resnick, Yanni Economos, Scott Bradley, and Vasu Kalra, along with talent Brandon Jones, Winston Hines, Sam McJeffries, Olivia Lewis, and Phoebe Davis.

🎥 Gear & Setup
This entire video was shot on the Sony ZV-E10 II, mounted on a 6-inch Chase FPV drone from QSL Labs. For lenses, I used the Laowa 9mm and Laowa 7.5mm Zero-D Cine. The flight performance was much better with the 9mm as it's very light. I used the Laowa 7.5mm for that super-immersive, ultra-wide FPV feel. Although it was very heavy, the drone handled it decently.

The mini cine-lifter setup was perfect for this project—lightweight, travel-friendly, and versatile. I could add prop guards for indoor and close-proximity shots, or fly some longer range along Malta’s dramatic sea cliffs. Typical flight times ranged between 4–6 minutes per battery.

Overall, Malta was an unforgettable experience, and I hope this video gives you a glimpse of its magic.

Skiing along a river of molten lava on Sicily's Mount Etna. One of the most mind-blowing experiences I've had in my life. A new eruption began on Mount Etna on February 6th 2025 resulting in a lava flow high on the mountain at around 3,100m. The new lava flow paired with plenty of snow created a unique opportunity to ski right next to the flowing lava.

To access the eruption we skinned from the top of the ski lifts at Piano Provenzana, then traversed around the western slope of Etna and joined the top of the lava fissure at around 3,100m altitude. Huge explosions erupted out of the top crater spewing lava bombs and ash as lava flowed from a fissure right next to us. After the sun set we had over 1000m of skiing following the glowing lava all the way down. A totally surreal day that I will remember for the rest of my life.
Please note the skiing in the video is performed by an experienced volcano and ski guide with specific training for guiding on Sicily's active volcanos. Do not attempt this without a certified volcano guide from the area. Lava alone is already dangerous and combined with snow can cause massive steam explosions which we witnessed on the way down.

From towering volcanos to the vast Amazon rainforest Ecuador is a country full of incredible landscapes, diverse wildlife, and ancient cultures. I hope this video can portray at least a small portion of its beauty.

I had the opportunity to visit Ecuador back in July of 2023. We explored the Andes region including the famous Cotopaxi Volcano, one of the highest active volcanos on earth, as well as Ecuador's highest peak Chimborazo at 20,549ft (6,263m). Chimborazo is actually the highest mountain on the planet when measured from Earth's center due to Earth's equatorial bulge. The area around Chimborazo was full of wild vicuñas which are a wild camelid species related to domesticated alpacas and llamas. Interestingly vicuñas were once driven nearly to extinction in Ecuador. They were brought back along with a starting population donated by Peru and their population has since been successfully restored in the Chimborazo Wildlife Reserve.
We visited Ecuador's capital city Quito with its blend of Spanish and indigenous culture as well as the colorful indigenous market in Otavalo.

From the Andes we drove down past Baños and then to Shell where we took a small bush plane deep into the Amazon rainforest. We stayed at Kapawi Ecolodge which is run by members of the Achuar tribe. This remote area is teeming with wildlife and plant species. Overall an incredible experience.

Flying deep in the remote Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest hundreds of miles from civilization. It's a special feeling being in such untouched wilderness with nothing but thick jungle stretching endlessly in all directions. We were fortunate to catch a beautiful sunrise one morning while searching for wildlife along the Ishpingo River. I flew my FPV drone from our motor canoe as we made our way upriver.

We stayed at Kapawi Ecolodge which is located by the Pastaza river near the border of Peru. The lodge is only accessible by an hour flight on a small bush plane. The lodge is run by local Indigenous people from the Achuar tribe. There are a number of remote Achuar villages throughout this region accessible by canoe. In other parts of the Ecuadorian Amazon, there are still tribes that have never been contacted by the outside world.

I had the opportunity to travel to Puerto Rico back in January 2024 to help film a commercial for @InvestPuertoRico along with Piro and Latitude18 Films. It was a blast exploring this beautiful island and capturing some scenic footage with my FPV drone. I decided to put together an edit with my favorite shots from the week.
